USE & SUBSCRIPTION

Terms of use and sale

These terms govern access to Sève, the use of its cooking features and subscriptions to the Premium plan.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

1. Operator and contact

Sève is a digital service operated by an individual. The operator’s contact details are provided at the bottom of this page.

2. Purpose and acceptance

Sève provides a cooking assistant, a recipe library and, depending on the plan selected, pantry tools, meal planning and Premium content. Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. A paid subscription requires their acceptance when placing the order.

3. Accounts and users under the age of majority

Users must provide accurate information, keep access to their account confidential and report any unauthorised use. Accounts are personal and may not be resold or shared publicly.

Sève is not restricted to adults. However, users under the age of majority must obtain their legal representative’s consent before taking out a paid subscription. The legal representative assumes responsibility for the authorised subscription.

4. Free and Premium service

The features and quotas included in each plan are those displayed on the site at the time of use or subscription. Some features require an account and others are reserved for Premium users.

Sève may change its features, artificial intelligence models and usage limits. Material changes affecting an ongoing subscription will be communicated appropriately.

5. Prices, orders and payments

The applicable price and currency are clearly displayed before payment, according to the selected country. Any mandatory taxes are indicated or included as required by applicable rules.

The subscription button opens a Stripe page summarising the offer and payment information. Users can check and correct their information before confirming. The paid contract is concluded when payment is confirmed; Stripe then provides electronic confirmation.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Sève does not receive full payment card numbers.

6. Renewal and cancellation

The Premium subscription is monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. It can be cancelled at any time through “My account” and the Stripe portal. Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, Premium access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

Periods that have already started are not automatically refunded. However, this does not limit any mandatory rights users have under applicable law. In the event of a duplicate payment, an obvious error or a request based on a mandatory right, contact contact@seve-health.com.

7. Artificial intelligence and food responsibility

Generated recipes, budgets, quantities, nutrition information, storage periods and suggestions are estimates intended to assist users. They may contain errors and must be checked before use.

Sève does not provide diagnoses or personalised medical or dietary advice. In the event of allergies, intolerances, pregnancy, illness or particular nutritional needs, consult a qualified professional.

Users must check labels, allergens, traces, cross-contamination risks, cooking temperatures and the actual condition of food. A date entered in the pantry is an organisational reminder: it does not guarantee the safety or quality of the food.

8. Permitted use

It is prohibited to circumvent quotas, disrupt the service, attempt to access other users’ accounts or data, automate abusive requests, extract content in bulk or use Sève for unlawful purposes.

Sève may suspend access in the event of fraud, abuse, security risks or a serious breach of these terms, to the extent reasonably necessary.

9. Intellectual property

The Sève name, visual identity, interface, editorial texts, illustrations, guides and recipe collections are protected by applicable rights. Personal use of results is permitted. Systematic reproduction or commercialisation without written permission is prohibited.

Users remain responsible for the texts and images they submit and warrant that they have the right to use them to obtain the requested service.

10. Availability and limitation of liability

Sève endeavours to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors. Interruptions may arise from maintenance or external providers.

To the extent permitted by law, Sève is not liable for indirect losses or consequences arising from the use of suggestions without verification. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of residence. The competent courts are determined by applicable legal rules; mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights remain reserved.

Before starting proceedings, users are encouraged to contact Sève to seek an amicable resolution.

12. Changes

These terms may be adapted to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. The version published on this page, together with its update date, is the version in effect. Material changes affecting an ongoing subscription will be communicated appropriately.
